Een erg mooie Saab 9-3 van de eerste eigenaar. Top onderhouden en gewoon een hele nette auto om te zien. Bijzonder door de historie en vroege 'Hirsch' tuning. Vrijwel direct na aflevering werd er voor een bedrag van €1950 euro Hirsch tuning uitgevoerd, zodat het B207 blok op ruim 195PK uitkomt. Dat verschil merk je wel!

Zoals al eerder besproken is de Saab 9-3 vanaf 2004 een totaal ander beestje dan zijn voorganger. Er is een stuk meer inmenging vanuit GM gekomen, wat hier de auto wel ten goede komt. Het chassis is ons inziens een stuk strakker en mooier in elkaar gezet dan zijn voorganger, de 9-3 OG. Het zijn leuke auto's om mee te rijden, en kunnen aardig vlot uit de hoek komen. Strak de bocht om is geen enkel probleem. Het uiterlijk van de toch inmiddels 20 jaar oude auto is nog erg fris, het oogt niet alleen als een moderne auto, zo rijdt het ook.

Deze Saab heeft nauwelijks deukjes rondom en de lak is nog in erg goede staat. Gewoon erg mooi om te zien, geen opzichtige krasjes of deukjes. Hetzelfde verhaal met het interieur, uiteraard wel wat lichte gebruikssporen, maar voor een 20 jaar oude auto heel erg netjes. De stoelen zitten goed en het leer is ook nog in mooie staat. Waar de meeste 9-3 stoelen na 21 jaar ervaring toch wat instapslijtage vertonen, is dat bij dit exemplaar totaal niet het geval. De 9-3 is voorzien van parkeersensoren achter en uiteraard airco en cruise control. Alle elektrische functies werken naar behoren.

Qua historie heeft deze auto alle boekjes, serviceboekjes en nog het een en ander aan facturen meegekregen. Zorgvuldig onderhouden wel te verstaan. Geen gigantische kilometrages per jaar, maar wel netjes onderhoud gepleegd, zo zien we het graag! Het cabrio dak is nog in zeer goede staat, een mooie diep zwarte kleur en geen naadjes die los laten.

A very nice Saab 9-3 from the first owner. Top maintained and just a very neat car to look at. Special because of the history and early 'Hirsch' tuning. Almost immediately after delivery, Hirsch tuning was carried out for an amount of €1950, so that the B207 block comes to more than 195 HP. You can really notice that difference!

As discussed earlier, the Saab 9-3 has been a completely different beast from its predecessor since 2004. There has been a lot more interference from GM, which benefits the car here. In our opinion, the chassis is a lot tighter and more beautifully put together than its predecessor, the 9-3 OG. They are fun cars to drive, and can come out of the corner quite quickly. Tightly around the corner is no problem at all. The appearance of the now 20 year old car is still very fresh, it not only looks like a modern car, it drives like one too.

This Saab has hardly any dents all around and the paint is still in very good condition. Simply beautiful to look at, no conspicuous scratches or dents. The same story with the interior, of course some light signs of wear, but very neat for a 20 year old car. The seats are comfortable and the leather is also still in good condition. Where most 9-3 seats show some wear after 21 years of experience, this is not the case at all with this example. The 9-3 is equipped with rear parking sensors and of course air conditioning and cruise control. All electrical functions work properly.

In terms of history, this car has all booklets, service booklets and a few invoices. Carefully maintained, that is. No gigantic mileages per year, but neat maintenance, that's how we like to see it! The convertible roof is still in very good condition, a beautiful deep black color and no seams that are coming loose.
